Co-ordinator for Nail Cutting Service
15 hours per week - £16,380 pro-rata + benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen to develop a nail cutting service for older people. Initially a pilot for a year, it is hoped that, during this time it will become an established service working in partnership with the NHS and the IW Council.
Using knowledge gained via other successful Age Concern nail cutting services, you will source equipment, liaise with GPs and other stakeholders, and recruit and lead a team of volunteers to implement service delivery.
You will understand the process of good project planning and management combined with practical skills, and the energy, creativity and ambition to develop this important area of our work.
Ideally you will also have experience in working with volunteers.
