Just About You is a new home help service run by Age Concern Isle of Wight. We provide an extensive range of services for people of any age including
• Domestic Cleaning
• Laundry and Ironing
• Shopping
• Gardening
• Prescription Collection
• Handyman
• Night / Day Sitting
• Dog Walking / Pet Care
• Escorted Visits to the shops or friends
We cannot provide any help with personal care (washing, dressing, etc.) or administering medicines.
Our Personal Assistants
We use only the best PAs who meet our strict selection criteria. References are taken up and all are checked with the Criminal Records Bureau. Prior to starting work our PAs also undergo an intensive induction training programme.
Home Support Assessment
We will carry out a friendly home assessment to discuss and agree your support needs. We will then identify an individual PA who will visit you at the agreed times. We will also maintain regular contact with you to check that you are happy with the services being provided.
Our prices
Our prices are very competitive – we don’t think you’ll find cheaper or better. Any profits are reinvested in the Age Concern IW charity to support our many services for older people. Please contact us to find out the current charges.

Using Just About You also enables you to find out about the many other services offered by Age Concern Isle of Wight. These include befriending and social activities, benefits advice, an information and advice service and insurance.
